A memorial service was held for the missing fisherman at Buma Village on Saturday 25 November.

PPC Supervising, Inspector Iru says, “I want to appeal to people who intend to go on a fishing trip not to go by themselves but to travel in pairs so that they can take care of each other should anything happen to any of them.”
