RSIPF RECRUITMENT CAMPAIGN

The Royal Solomon Islands Police Force [RSIPF] is calling for applications from men and women who are interested in a policing career.

The mission of the RSIPF is to provide a safe and peaceful Solomon Islands by strengthening relationships with the community. The RSIPF is looking for people with high levels of commitment and integrity to take on the challenge. In order to be eligible for an appointment to the RSIPF, you must:
• Be of good behavior and character;
• Have successfully completed Form 6 or above;
• Be medically and physically fit;
• Have no criminal record; and
• Be a Solomon Islands national or have permanent residency.
• Be between 18 and 35 years of age
• Meet the minimum height requirement:
-Male: 170 cm and above
-Female: 160 cm and above

If you are interested in pursuing a career in the RSIPF, you must bring a flash drive and collect a Recruit Application Package in person from:

· Reception Desk, Rove Police Headquarters, Naha Police Station, Central Police Station, and White River
· Any Provincial Police Headquarters.

All completed application packages are to be sealed in an envelope and handed or posted to:

The Recruit Application Package contains full details of the selection process and provides an outline of expectations of recruits and police officers.

The closing date for the applications is by close of business on Monday, 15th September 2025. Late applications will not be accepted.
